All Shopify self-serve apps are month-to-month.  Cancel at any time. Enterprise requires an annual commitment as the engagement includes Skafos conversion optimization support to maximize ROI.

How do you define a "recommendation"?

A "recommendation" is counted as any time our widgets or SDK contacts our platform. For example, when the Interactive Recommender is first loaded, that is counted as 1 recommendation.  Each time a shopper taps like or dislike, that is counted as 1 recommendation. Another example, is when a shopper taps "See Similar", that would be counted as 1 recommendation. You can track these in the Skafos Dashboard.

Can I customize the app features?

Yes, you can change font, brand colors, or messaging within the app, or go truly custom with CSS. Our features are fully customizable.
